Temi Kamson is the founder and CEO of GT Scholars, a not-for-profit social enterprise and registered charity that improves social mobility for young people from low income homes.

Temi has a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham. She started her career as an engineer and worked for a short time in investment banking before deciding to pursue a PGCE in Mathematics Education at the University of Cambridge. Temi taught in state and independent schools for a decade before moving into the world of project management and entrepreneurship.

As a serial entrepreneur, Temi is passionate about helping start-ups overcome the common pitfalls in their first years of business and helping seasoned entrepreneurs achieve their goals for their business. She often writes and speaks about growth mindset, growth hacks, well being and resilience for entrepreneurs.

She is a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and an alumni of the Young Academy accelerator for Social Entrepreneurs.
